Site Review: OneTwoTrade

Site Description
OneTwoTrade is a relatively new Binary Options provider based within the European Union, the company is registered in Malta and has customer services offices in London. Until recently the binary options industry has been largely unregulated due to unwillingness of financial regulators  to regulated the binary options industry. But OneTwoTrade rather than attempting to gain financial regulation has opted to gain a gambling liscence in European jurisdiction of Malta who are willing to regulate Binary Options as a form of gambling. This has led to OneTwoTrade to become one of the few regulated Binary Options providers and has brought the company a lot of new bussiness.

Design and Functionality
OneTwoTrade is a plesantly enough designed site. Though the design is somewhat rough around the edges at point, but this doesn't really detract away from the site at all but it would be nice to see the design to be made slightly slicker. However the site functionality is brillaint. Anyone no matter how little financial experience could learn to use and trade binary options at the site, while there is only a web browser based trading application it is also possible to download a trading application for your Iphone allowing you to trade Binary options on the move. The mobile application also works like a charm its just a bit of a shame that the application is only availiable for Iphone users at the current time. OneTwoTrade also offers a large number of financial instruments to trade, I believe it is in the 300 range and all the data on the site is provided by the news agency Thomson Reuters. Overall the sites functionality is very good and there is not much to be faulted with it.

Service
The service offered by OneTwoTrade is one of the better from companies in the Binary Options industry. The website is transaparent for example it is possible to get the locations of the offices of the company and also the phone details in order to contact customer support. The site also complies to all the gambling regulation set out by the Maltese gambling commission very clearly on their site with risk warnings displayed in a prominent way. While many desire full financial regulation for Binary Options, gambling regulation makes for a good middle ground for the time being. Not much to fault with OneTwoTrade's customer service in my opinion though I would recommend that you look into other peoples perspective's online.

Overall, I would say that OneTwoTrade is one of the better Binary Option providers online and should be seriously considered by those wishing to trade binary options. However I am not a big fan of Binary Options in general and would suggest that people should trade CFD's instead. But some of course will be attracted to the simplicity of Binary Options as a way to make money from the financial markets.

Site Review: eToro Europe

Site Description
etoro offers the opportunity for customers to trade Forex and limited selection of commodities through instruments known as Contract for difference. These derivatives can be traded at etoro for as little as $50 (which is the minimum deposit). etoro is based and regulated in Cyprus and holds a financial services license from Cysec (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission). Due to the fact that Cyprus is a member of the European Union, this allows Cysec to part of the MiFID arrangement allowing eToro and other sites based in Cyprus to take on customers from all across the European Union. However it should be noted that Cysec isn't the most stringent regulator within the European Union which is what attracts many to base their companies in the jurisdiction.

Design and Functionality

The site is very well designed even if eToro's color scheme happens to be a rather garish green. The site is easy to use and even those who are brand new to Forex trading should be able to understand how the site functions. eToro is probably best known for its social trading elements which again are very easy to use and don't take much getting used to. In the past there have been some complaints regarding the speed of the eToro servers which led quite a few to abadon their service. But these complaints seem to have been resolved at least for now. Other than that the functionality of the site is very good everything works how it is supposed too. The trading application is available both online and as a download to your PC, both of which work fine even if one would probably desire more complex charting facilities etc. But other than this eToro is perfectly functional for the average trader and will be easy for a newcomer to get to grips with.

Service

In my opinion the quality of service at eToro is pretty good even if others disagree. The spreads on offer while hardly the best spreads online aren't the worst either with eToro being competitive with some of their spread offerings. Customer service again is quite good, there is a 24/5 online chat assistant who can help you with your customer service and you can also ring eToro direct if you need further customer support. As far as I am aware eToro also has a spotless record with their regulator Cysec and haven't been called up on any part of their service, which is always nice to know.

Overall, I would say that etoro provides a decent enough experience for those wishing to trade Forex, but the eToro experience does have some downsides. For one eToro only offers currency pairings and the ability to trade Oil, Silver and Gold CFD's. This is a much smaller range than offered by a number of their competitors. Secondly, while eToro has made it very easy to use for the new client they have seemingly left out a number of features that many of their experienced customers would like. However eToro's social trading features and the clean regulatory record more than make up for this.

Site Review: Kant Touch This

Site Description
Kant Touch This describes itself as a blog which aims to discuss many of the main areas in the philosophy to a level which many can understand. The site is divided into a number of different pages all with links to various forms of content.

Content
All of the content at Kant Touch This is of a high quality and discusses various issues the field of Philosophy. All written by the same writer the content does slightly varying across the site. The author seems to be stronger in certain fields of philosophy, such as the philosophy of mind than he is other fields of philosophy. What is very good about the site is the amount of video content the author has found. The amount of content on the site is still quite minimal with the blog having being founded relatively recently. The author however seems committed to increasing the amount of content found on the website.

Design
The site has a very minimal design which is perfectly functional and it is easy to navigate around in order to find all the content which you desire from a design point of view there is no real problem with the site. It's easy to read the articles and find the content you want throughout the site. There is some advertising but all of it is pretty low key and can be generally ignored.

 Overall
A great philosophy blog with a number of high quality articles, with more content being added all the time. Anyone with a keen passion in philosophy should take a look at the blog and see what they think about it.

Site Review: Geeksport.com

Site Description
This relatively new site aims it self at those with an interest in technology, science, science fiction and the web in general. Thus the name Geeksport is very adpt, set out in a blog style format the site features new content written by various authors at regular intervals.

Content
As I said in the site description the site covers quite a wide range of subjects and is written by a number of different authors thus the post styles differ somewhat. But all of the writers write to a high standard and the content is interesting and engaging. A must read for anyone who likes the kind of topics featured on the site. Some of posts I found interesting and thought provoking while others informed of developments in technology and innovations being made that I was previously unaware of. While there is not a great deal of content on the site at the time of writting the owner looks dedicated to adding much more quality content to come, so it is certainly a site to watch out for in the future.

Design
The site has a crisp and clean design for which it should be highly commended for. The site also very easy to navigate and find the particular piece of content that you desire. It is easy to read the articles featured on the site and the Google adsense advertising on the site doesn't get in the way of your enjoyment of the content.

Overall
This a site that one should pay close attention to as it appears that it may become a major force in the niche of tech, science and science fiction blogging. While the site has a limited amount of content at the moment expect much more to follow.

Site Review: Made To Trade

Site Description
Made To Trade is a blog about financial trading for over the counter customers. It features a wide range of content mainly about CFD trading and financial spread betting. The blog is updated and features a range of content aimed at different levels of experience.

Content
The content is pretty good and provides some good information about financial trading. While the content does vary in quality, the blog is overall pretty good quality. The authors knowledge about certain subjects really shows through. The author seems particularly strong on the subjec of financial spread betting. I would recommend that if you have an interest in trading financial markets that you visit the said site. Theres quite a content to look through so it is quite likely you'll find something useful on the site.

Design
The design of the site is pretty good, but there a couple of slightly unsightly glitches which take away from the overall design. But all of the content is easy to read and the advertising doesn't detract from the website. The only gripe I would have about the site is that it can be quite hard to find the content you want, even though there is a search this blog bar.

Overall
This is a great site for those interested in CFD and financial spread betting. There is also seems to be a growing amount of content on the new emerging binary option marketplace. If your interested in the site you can visit the site here.

For a good example of the content featured on the site, check out the the New Market Traders book review.

Digital Point Forums

Site Description:
Digital Point runs on the biggest web forums for webmasters. Providing lots of different sub forums containing a wide array of different topics. There is also support for the selling and purchasing of various different services.

Content
The content varies in quality there are some threads that are full of insightful comments and opinions while there are other threads which are quite spammmy. Many newbies seem to wish to artifically inflate their post count. Apart from this I would have to say the content is generally very good. Anyone who is serious about their web businesses should head over to Digital Point and join in the conversation.

Design

The design on the forum isn't amazing but it's functional and works perfectly so it's not a problem. Design isn't particularly important forums, as long as the content is easy to browse and read then there is no real problem, and Digital Poin excells on both these counts.

Community
The community is really good and I have met some good people as well as having picked up some writting work, which is a pretty good result. Pretty much everyone is helpful and polite which is always good.

Overall
If you are either a content writer or webmaster, the Digital Point Forums is the place to be and is a must sign up.
